Order Processing
Most of our products are made to order or personalised especially for you. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days. Personalised or custom-made items may require additional production time.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter, and major sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be displayed on our website and automatically applied at checkout where eligible.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.
For Australian orders:
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (where available)
For international orders:
- Delivery generally takes between 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
If you haven't received your shipping confirmation within the expected processing timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, courier delays, severe weather, customs inspections, or public holidays.
Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, Duds4Bubs is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may not be able to update your order once it has entered production or been dispatched. Any additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and do our best to reach a fair resolution as quickly as possible.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by your country's customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
